Foam scraps are leftover polyurethane (PU), polyethylene (PE) and memory foam generated during foam manufacturing. These recyclable waste materials serve two major markets: small DIY handmade production and large-scale industrial recycling.

For individual DIY creators, shredded soft foam scraps work as budget-friendly filling for pet beds, throw pillows, plush toys and gym crash pads. Large foam cutoffs can be bonded together to make camping mats and upholstery bolster fillings, and we also provide retail packed foam scraps for small-batch buyers.

For industrial manufacturers, we supply bulk baled foam scraps with stable, scalable trade capacity. Our sorted PU, PE and memory foam bales are widely processed via two mainstream recycling methods:

Rebond molding: Crushed foam scraps are mixed with eco adhesive and compressed into durable rebond foam, ideal for carpet underlay, mattress base layers and sports protective padding.
PE melting & baling: Polyethylene foam scraps are melted and pressed into compact plastic blocks, cutting material volume by over 90% for low-cost storage and sea transportation.
